The certificate serves as a confirmation of the highest global standards enforced and followed by Ustronianka. Ustronianka Natural Mineral Water and Ustronianka Natural Spring Water are recommended by the National Institute of Hygiene.

The Policy of Food Health Safety is implemented through the following strategic goals:
- constant monitoring and analisys of parameters that influence the quality and health safety of products
- internal and external communication as refers to the threats connected with the safety of products in the alimentary chain
- raising the level of employees' awareness as refers to the standards of food safety
- improving the infrastructure and production technology processes that guarantee hygenic regimes at the stage of production, storage and distribution
The implementation of the Policy of Food Health Safety and the functioning of the system are systematically controlled during internal audits and management reviews. At the same time, the company's staff is obliged to learn about, implement and improve the System of Food Health Safety.
While complying with all the legal requirements, the laboratory of Ustronianka additionally performs analysis of all the parameters and permanently monitors the quality of all products. Strict controls are imposed from the moment of extracting water from underground springs, through production and bottling processes until the water is delivered to the end-consumer. This guarantees that Ustronianka clients get the highest quality products at all times.
